This is a ¾ day session featuring advanced management features of the sales order processing system. The training includes the actioning and implications of the morning reports that are available on the system and gives an overview of the order margin review function which will enable a branch manager to maintain and influence his branch margin.
The training material is comprised of demonstrations by the trainer, and hands on exercises to reinforce the learning process. This is backed up by a PowerPoint slide presentation of the important points and a User reference guide for the delegates to take away for future reference.
