This is a ¾ day session, continuing from the procedures and techniques learned on the ‘An Introduction to Sales Order Processing on Kerridge’ course. It will include instruction on stock status and levels. How to produce documentation, and the background on picking notes and procedures relating to them.

The training material is comprised of demonstrations by the trainer, followed by hands on exercises to reinforce the learning process. This is backed up by a PowerPoint slide presentation of the important points and a User reference guide for the delegates to take away for future reference.

Delegates are encouraged to participate fully, to help each other and to fail in safety, using a training system which reflects the live system used in the branch.
