This is a ¾ day course featuring advanced management features of the sales order processing system and is intended to be attended by any member of staff nominated as having an integral role in Management operations.
It is designed to be client led and concentrates on the user who has a basic knowledge of systems but who needs to get more out of the system.
The course focus is workshop based with the majority of input from the delegates. The trainer facilitates question and answer sessions to establish needs, followed by hands on exercises to reinforce the learning process.

Pre-requisites
- Delegates should have a good working knowledge of Kerridge and some understanding of the administrative procedures surrounding stock management and stock take.
