This is a ¾ day introduction to the Kerridge Sales Order Processing system. At the end of this session, the user will be able to complete basic transactions, and will be able to perform simple searches on the system.

The training material is comprised of demonstrations by the trainer, followed by hands on exercises to reinforce the learning process. This is backed up by a PowerPoint slide presentation of the important points and a User reference guide for the delegates to take away for future reference.

Delegates are encouraged to participate fully, to help each other and to fail in safety, using a training system which reflects the live system used in the branch.
