During my career working for major Builders and Plumbers Merchants, most recently with Plumbase as IT Support Services Manager, I built a reputation for pragmatic and practical solutions to commercial challenges. I have a proven track record in building and managing highly effective teams of Project Managers, Systems Implementers and Trainers resulting in major projects being delivered efficiently and effectively.

Mark Langley
A senior IT professional with 27 years IT experience, mostly in the retail sector, with a broad range of IT functions and services, I started life as a developer, working through to operational and strategic management.
I spent several years working abroad for a large department store with warehousing, stores and jewellery businesses and gained an education in the challenges of working in different locations and cultures. I returned to the UK in 2002 and worked for a leading luxury retail brand, managing their warehousing, supply chain and store openings.
Until recently I was Head of IT and Service Delivery for a large professional services company, managing supply chain risk and compliance.
My specific focus in the last 7 years has been the emerging market of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), moving away from traditional in-house systems to cloud environments. And with my team I was responsible for gaining ISO-9001 (quality) and ISO-27001 (data security and policy management) Accreditation’s, as well as holding a data protection license, in the last 3 years.
I have built up a considerable expertise in networking, telephony, call centre and infrastructure as well as staff management, budgets and strategic business alignment.
