Chartwell IT Technical Services

Leading Kerridge and Diver Business Intelligence consultancy, Chartwell IT, is delighted to announce the launch of Chartwell IT Technical Services with the arrival of a new member of the team – Paul Shrubbs.

Paul joins us after successfully heading up the Infrastructure team at Plumbase Ltd for the last 10 years where he was responsible for the development and management of an IT network for 1000+ users.

Paul’s skills have allowed Chartwell IT to move into this new sector with the confidence that we will be able to offer exceptional customer service, deliver excellent value for money and to enhance our existing reputation for providing pragmatic, down to earth, jargon-free IT solutions for businesses that need quality IT systems and services without the overheads associated with in-house IT teams.

Chartwell IT is offering a free, no-obligation, on-site Technical Services Health Check, which will be followed up with a full review meeting to discuss the findings.

We appreciate that the pressure of day to day activity can mean that there is little time to review the effectiveness of your IT infrastructure and that’s why we have designed the Health Check to give you an overview of the current status of your IT infrastructure, identifying where there are opportunities for improvement.

We can help you understand how changes to your IT infrastructure could deliver cost savings, efficiency gains and performance improvements – and we can provide the expertise and resources in the following areas to help you get the most out of your investment in IT –

  • IT contract and cost reviews
  • Supplier renegotiations
  • Hardware procurement and installation
  • Software procurement and configuration
  • Networks and telephony (system design, configuration, support)
  • Infrastructure Project Management
  • Infrastructure Support (helpdesk and on-site support services)

For more information please contact us.  We’d be happy to talk to you about your requirements.
